Copy of Original Mortgage
Copy of Original Promissory Note, Land Note, Deed of Trust, or Business Note
Copy of Closing Statement from the property sale
Copy of Existing Fire Insurance Policy
Copy of Title Insurance Policy
Loan Application (borrower information)
Borrower background history
Borrower Credit Report (most important)
Copy of Homeowner Insurance
Pay History (ledger, reports etc.)
Note: Keep in mind we may need additional information on the payor and mortgage note property
